Show-Stopping Show House : As falling leaves descend over winter white ribbon sheers at the window, the kitchen evokes a timeless elegance. Wonderful flavors abound in the delicious walnut countertops, vanilla cabinets, creamy island top and rich details of this lovely space. Pewter hardware and sparkling tilt add glitz and glamour, which is echoed in the pearly wall and trim colors. Anchoring the room is hard working, earth friendly "Mist" flooring installed diagonally. Eco-sensitive "green" paint in decadent silver on the ceiling is the crowning jewel of this space. Storage amenities such as pull-outs and drawers and functional furniture complete the room magnificently. The elegant Van Loan estate in Bedford, N.H., was transformed into a spectacular designer showhouse. The showhouse benefited the American Cancer Society’s Road to Recovery, which provides transportation to treatment.Designer Showhouse at the Van Loan Preserve in Bedford, NH. A classic combination of vanilla cabinets and chocolate (walnut) counters flank the high end appliances while at the island rich black stained cabinets with creamy white Bianco Carrera Corian anchor the space. We incorporated the antique family hutch (with a new custom finish) which was previously in the dining room. Thus providing much needed display and storage space while preserving their treasure.

Better Homes & Gardens : A Maine cottage kitchen that was featured in Better Homes and Gardens magazine. The design has a lot of feel good elements; crystal drawer pulls, granite countertops, a cherry cabinet and a faux tin ceiling. The creative use of color and materials give it personality. There are altered glass, bead board and plain cabinet fronts. The design isn't perfectly matched, which creates an "old" historical feeling.
